What’s a sworn translation
The sworn translation (public translation, official translation or legally certified translation) is a translation of official documents, done by a translator recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation called as, Traductor-Swarn Interpret.
When is a sworn translation needed?
These translations are officially certified, and they are required by many public and official organizations (Universities, Councils, Civil Records) for many of the procedures they perform.
A sworn translation bears the seal of the legally certified translator, that acts as notary of the translation, giving public officiality of the fidelity of the translation and granting it validity from official institutions and public administrations. You only need to present a sworn translation if the receiving organization requires it.
In Spain the sworn translators certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation are from/to Spanish to/from the corresponding language, if you request a sworn translation of other combination, we will will be able to carry it out without problem, but it will have to be translated through Spanish
In 1Global Translators we have more than 15 years of experience in legal translations,
committed to the highest quality, speed and punctuality in our service. We count on native sworn translators in all those languages in which there are official sworn translators in Spain.
We count on sworn translators on these following languages!
If you need a sworn translation with linguistic combinations (when Spanish does not appear in the text), the cost is doubled and, in addition, it can happen that the receiving institution will not admit it, so in this case you should confirm that the entity in question will accept the necessary double translation.
If you want to request an estimate, please attach the documents to be translated and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
